WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Based on the chosen shipping method, orders will be delivered within max 2 working days with Express Shipping or within 5-8 days with Standard Shipping.
CAN I EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?
Unfortunately Frouge LLC is not able to change products. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order.
IS THERE A FREE RETURN POLICY?
Frougre LLC does not offer a free return policy. In case of a product defect, that is in line with the terms and conditions, Frouge LLC replaces the product free of charge and refunds return shipment costs of the defect product.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS AT ONCE?
Yes, it is possible to return multiple orders in one shipment if the required Return Forms are included. Please note that a Return Form must be included for each order.
