Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed on frouge.us.com. Orders placed on Amazon or TikTok Shop follow that marketplace's return policy.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item — your choice — at no cost to you.

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@frouge.us.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos of the item and its packaging.
  3. We respond within 24 business hours. If we need the item back, we will send you return instructions, and FROUGE covers the return shipping cost for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

All other sales are final

Our products are personal care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that arrive in good condition, whether opened or unopened. Please review product details before ordering, and contact us with any questions before you buy.

Sets, bundles and add-ons

Claims for gift sets and bundles are handled item by item: we replace or refund the specific item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Discounted add-ons (such as the Premium Beard Comb at 50% off) are covered by the same guarantee at the price you paid.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the credit to your account.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows no progress, or shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
