Free shipping on every order

Standard shipping is free on every order placed on frouge.us.com, with no minimum.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Damaged, defective or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or does not arrive, see our Refund Policy — you are covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.

Marketplace orders

Orders placed on Amazon or TikTok Shop are shipped under that marketplace's shipping terms.
